Cages

We DO NOT offer refunds, returns or exchanges on cages. All sales are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items that are damaged during shipping can be returned for repair. Repairs typically take about 2 to 3 weeks once the VooDoo Team receives the damaged products. 

Third Party Products

Lightbars / Pod Lights / Bumpers can potentially be returned and refunded as long as there is no damage to said products, and they haven't been used. Customers have a 30-day grace period for returning these products, until the sale is finalized and products can not be returned. Please contact info@voodoorr.com for information on returning third-party products.
