VooDoo Riders Shipping Policy
Shipping Charges
Shipping is not included at checkout for roll cages. Because freight costs vary, shipping is charged after your cage has been built and is ready to ship.
Once your order is complete, we will calculate the final freight cost based on your delivery location, carrier availability, and current market rates. Shipping prices may increase or decrease over time. You will be contacted with the final shipping charge for approval before shipment is scheduled.
Powder-Coated Cage Shipping
Powder-coated cages require special handling. To ship a powder-coated cage with insurance, the cage must be fully crated to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Crating fees are:

$350 for 2-seat cages

$450 for 4-seat cages
While crating increases the overall shipping cost, it allows us to ship your cage with insurance coverage. To avoid additional shipping and crating costs—and to reduce the risk of finish damage—we recommend using a local powder coater whenever possible.
Order Processing & Build Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
VooDoo Riders roll cages are custom-built. Depending on the level of customization and add-ons selected, typical build and ship times are 4–6 weeks. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has shipped.
Online Orders
For all online orders, shipping is calculated after the order is processed and added to your invoice at a later time. Freight pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis and depends on the shipping destination and current freight conditions.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 491 Old Hwy 91 Unit C3 Hurricane, UT 84737. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up in 4-6 weeks. We will send you an email and/or give you a call when your order is ready to schedule a pickup date.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9AM-5PM on Monday-Friday.
We also offer installs, which is $300, and only available with powder-coated pickup orders.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Costs associated with International orders are priced on a case-by-case scenario. Please email info@voodoorr.com for shipping quotes.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@voodoorr.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Tracking links for you order are available upon request.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
VooDoo Riders Refund and Return Policy
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. All VooDoo Riders roll cages are made to order. All sales are final.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@voodoorr.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Repairs normally take 2-3 weeks depending on the level of damage once received by the VooDoo Riders Team.
